DTC B15C0: Short in GPS Antenna; DTC B15C1: Open in GPS Antenna [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the engine switch off.
2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
3. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
4. Turn the Techstream on.
5. Perform "Health Check" and check for current DTCs (Refer to HEALTH CHECK [10/2014 - ] ).

   Result

   DTC B15C0 or B15C1 is output.	A
   DTC B15C0 or B15C1 is not output.	B

CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS 

(Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 10/2015] or HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - ] )

1. Disconnect the telephone and GPS antenna cord (No. 2 floor wire) connector from the DCM (Telematics Transceiver).

2. Disconnect the telephone and GPS antenna cord (No. 2 floor wire) connector from the telephone and GPS antenna assembly.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K20-2 - K21-1	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K20-2a - K21-1a	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K20-2 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   K20-2a - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

1. Replace the telephone and GPS antenna assembly with a known good one and check if the same problem occurs again (Refer to REMOVAL [10/2014 - ] ).

   The system returns to normal.

1. Replace the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) (Refer to REMOVAL [10/2014 - ] ).
   NOTE:

   • The engine switch must be off.
   • Do not replace the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
