Installation [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY 

    See step  1

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Engage the guide and install the rear seat outer belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

    2. Check that the ELR locks.
      NOTE:

      The check should be performed with the rear seat outer belt assembly installed.

      1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.
  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel assembly.
    2. Engage the 5 guides and 4 clips to install the package tray trim panel assembly.
    3. Connect the connector.
  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER 
    1. Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the other 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole covers.

  6. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 and PROCEDURE - Step 23

  7. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. CONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 

    See step  7

  9. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT ANCHOR BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

    See step  1

  10. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat outer belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      *a Protruding Part

      Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:
      • Install the rear seat outer belt assembly LH with the arrow on the anchor part facing the front of the vehicle.
      • Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat outer belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.
  11. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22 and PROCEDURE - Step 24

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  14. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29 and PROCEDURE - Step 31

  15. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 39 and PROCEDURE - Step 41

  16. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 and PROCEDURE - Step 32

  17. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    (Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2014 - ] )
