Removal [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BAGGAGE HOLDER NET (w/ Partition Net) 
    1. Remove the baggage holder net.
  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT 
    1. Remove the luggage compartment floor mat.
  3. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD LH (for Full Size Spare Tire) 
    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad LH.
  4. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD RH (for Full Size Spare Tire) 
    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad RH.
  5. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK 
    1. Push the 2 pins and remove the 2 No. 1 luggage compartment trim hooks.

  6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 4 clips and 3 guides and remove the rear floor finish plate as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER LH 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 5 fasteners to remove the luggage compartment inner trim cover LH.
  8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 2 fasteners to remove the luggage compartment inner trim cover RH.
  9. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT REAR TRIM COVER 
    1. Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 2 fasteners and 2 guides to remove the luggage compartment rear trim cover.
  10. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER 

    See step  1

  11. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 clips and No. 2 wiring harness protector.

    2. Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    3. Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

    4. Disengage the 7 clamps and guide to remove the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.
