Installation [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL KNOB
1. Install the 2 knob.
INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.
INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.
INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET
1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 5 screws.
INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET
1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 5 screws.
INSTALL HAZARD SWITCH WIRE
1. Connect the connector.
2. Attach the 2 clamps to install the hazard switch wire.

INSTALL RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKETS

Insert the radio and display receiver assembly with brackets to attach the 6 clips on its backside.

NOTE:

When inserting the radio and display receiver assembly with brackets, do not press its knobs on it.

Install in this Direction

Install the radio and display receiver assembly with brackets with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 12 N*m (122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
