Engine Coolant Temperature Receiver Gauge Malfunction [08/2019 - 08/2021]: Procedure

1. Check if a CAN communication DTC is output.

   Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2019 - 08/2021]

1. Operate the Techstream according to the display and select the Active Test.

   Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [08/2019 - 08/2021]

1. Operate the Techstream according to the display and select the Data List.

   Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [08/2019 - 08/2021]

   Engine coolant temperature value displayed on the Techstream is almost the same as the engine coolant temperature receiver gauge indication.

2. Record the temperature displayed on the Techstream.

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [08/2015 - 08/2022]

   Engine coolant temperature value displayed on the Techstream is almost the same as the previously recorded Techstream indication (Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data List / Coolant Temperature).
