DTC B2343: Position Initialization Incomplete [12/2012 - ]: Procedure

1. Check that the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof ECU) can be initialized.

   Refer to INITIALIZATION [12/2012 - ]

   OK

   Sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof ECU) can be initialized.

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (SLIDING ROOF ECU):  DISASSEMBLY [12/2012 - ] 

Result: 

OK

1. Check the sliding roof auto operation.

   Refer to OPERATION CHECK [12/2012 - ]

Result: 

Auto operation does not operate normally 

REPLACE SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (SLIDING ROOF ECU):  DISASSEMBLY [12/2012 - ] 

Result: 

Auto operation operates normally

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [12/2012 - ]

   Body Electrical > Sliding Roof > Clear DTCs 

2. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [12/2012 - ]

   Body Electrical > Sliding Roof > Trouble Codes 

Result: 

DTC B2343 is not output
