Inspection [12/2012 - 10/2015]: Procedure
- INSPECT POWER BACK DOOR MAIN SWITCH
- Check the resistance.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(Power Back Door Main Switch)Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 9 (UL) - 6 (E) Switch off 10 kΩ or higher Switch on Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the back door main switch.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Inspect the illumination operation.

(Power Back Door Main Switch)- Apply battery voltage to the power back door main switch connector, and check that the power back door main switch LED illuminates.
OK
Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → Terminal 8 (ILL+)
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 7 (ILL-)LED illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the back door main switch.
- Apply battery voltage to the power back door main switch connector, and check that the power back door main switch LED illuminates.
- Check the resistance.
