- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check if a CAN communication DTC is output.
Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [12/2012 - 10/2015] or HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - ] .
Result Proceed to DTCs are output DTC is not output

DTCs are output
GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [12/2012 - 10/2015] or HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - ] .
Result:
DTC is not output

- Check if a CAN communication DTC is output.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - ECM)
- Turn the ignition switch off.

(to ECM) - Disconnect the A62 connector from the ECM.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
