Installation [08/2017 - ]: Procedure

1. Clean the oil cooler assembly contact surface on the cooler mounting.
2. Apply a light coat of engine oil to 2 new oil cooler cover gaskets and a new oil cooler gasket.
3. Install the 2 new oil cooler cover gaskets and a new oil cooler gasket to the oil cooler assembly.
4. Temporarily install the oil cooler assembly with the union bolt, nut and a new seal washer.
5. Tighten the bolt and nut in several steps in the sequence shown in the illustration.

   for Union Bolt 

   Torque: 60 N*m (612 kgf*cm, 44 ft.*lbf) 

   for Nut 

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
