Reassembly [11/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD 
  2. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR 
    1. Install the brake pedal shaft collar to the brake pedal sub-assembly.
  3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING 
    1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new brake pedal bushings.

      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      Lithium Soap Base Glycol Grease
    2. Install the 2 brake pedal bushings to the brake pedal sub-assembly.
  4. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the brake pedal sub-assembly to the brake pedal support sub-assembly with the brake pedal shaft and nut.

      Torque: 37 N*m (375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Install the bolt and nut in the correct direction.
