- INSPECT RELAY (FUEL PMP RELAY)
- Inspect the FUEL PMP relay.

- Inspect the FUEL PMP relay.
- CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE (POWER SOURCE OF FUEL PMP RELAY)
*1 No. 1 Engine Room Relay Block and No. 1 Junction Block Assembly *2 FUEL PMP Relay - Remove the FUEL PMP relay from the No. 1 engine room relay block and No. 1 junction block assembly.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Put the engine in inspection mode (maintenance mode).

Tester Display Inspection Mode - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 (FUEL PMP relay terminal) - Body ground READY ON (Cranking) 11 to 14 V 2 (FUEL PMP relay terminal) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) 0 to 3 V Result

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FUEL PMP RELAY - ECM)
- Remove the FUEL PMP relay from the No. 1 engine room relay block and No. 1 junction block assembly.
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 (FUEL PMP relay terminal) - A43-29 (FPR) Always Below 1 Ω 1 (FUEL PMP relay terminal) or A43-29 (FPR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher Result
