DTC P2102: Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Low; DTC P2103: Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit High [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure

1. Inspect the throttle body with motor assembly.

   Refer to INSPECTION [02/2014 - 11/2016]

   HINT: 

   Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the throttle body with motor assembly.

   Refer to INITIALIZATION [02/2014 - 11/2016]

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY. 

Refer to  REMOVAL [02/2014 - 11/2016] 

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the ECM connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   C41-2 (M+) - C1-28 (M+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   C41-1 (M-) - C1-29 (M-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   C41-2 (M+) or C1-28 (M+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   C41-1 (M-) or C1-29 (M-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Check for foreign matter between the throttle valve and the housing.

   OK

   No foreign matter between the throttle valve and housing.

   HINT: 

   Perform "Inspection After Repair" after cleaning the throttle body with motor assembly.

   Refer to INITIALIZATION [02/2014 - 11/2016]

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REMOVE FOREIGN OBJECT AND CLEAN THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY 

Result: 

OK

1. Check if the throttle valve opens and closes smoothly.

   OK

   Throttle valve opens and closes smoothly.

   HINT: 

   Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the throttle body with motor assembly.

   Refer to INITIALIZATION [02/2014 - 11/2016]

   NG

REPLACE ECM.
