Power Source Circuit [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE (POWER SOURCE OF LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA) 
    1. Disconnect the S4 lane departure warning camera connector.

      *a Front view of wire harness connector
      (to Lane Departure Warning Camera)
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      S4-7 (IGB) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      S4-7 (IGB) - Body ground Engine switch off Below 1 V

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      S4-11 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result:  1

    OK 

    PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [12/2013 - 11/2016]

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
