Removal [12/2013 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2013 - ]

  2. SEPARATE NO. 2 HOSE CLAMP BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and separate the No. 2 hose clamp bracket from the outer cowl top panel sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 (REMOVAL [12/2013 - 11/2015])

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 (REMOVAL [11/2015 - 11/2016])

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 (REMOVAL [11/2016 - ])

  4. REMOVE PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV) 
    1. Disconnect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.

      *1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose Assembly
      *2 No. 2 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose
    2. Slide the clip and disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose assembly from the purge valve (purge VSV).
    3. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).
    4. Remove the purge valve (purge VSV) from the No. 1 air cleaner hose.
