Installation [12/2013 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL PCV VALVE (VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY)
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly).
Adhesive
Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent
*a Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent - Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, install the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) to the ventilation case.
Torque: 27 N*m (275 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf)
NOTE:Do not start the engine for at least 1 hour after installation.
- Install the No. 2 ventilation hose to the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) and slide the clip to secure it.
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly).
- INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD
