ECM Communication Stop Mode [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the A43 ECM connector.

   *a	Front view of wire harness connector (to ECM)

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A43-13 (CANH) - A43-26 (CANL)	Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal	108 to 132 Ω

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN MAIN BUS LINE OR CONNECTOR (ECM MAIN LINE) 

Result: 

OK

1. Check the ECM power source circuit.
   • for 1AR-FE

     Refer to ECM Power Source Circuit [12/2013 - ]

   • for 2GR-FE

     Refer to ECM Power Source Circuit [12/2013 - 11/2016]
