Installation [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Place the rear No. 2 seat assembly in the cabin.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Connect each connector.
    3. Temporarily install the rear No. 2 seat assembly with the 6 bolts.
    4. Tighten the 3 bolts on the rear side of the rear No. 2 seat assembly.

      HINT: 

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 36.7 N*m (374 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf) 

    5. Tighten the 3 bolts on the front side of the rear No. 2 seat assembly to install it.

      HINT: 

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 36.7 N*m (374 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf) 

    6. Connect the floor anchor of the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly RH with the bolt.

      Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

    7. Connect the floor anchor of the rear No. 2 seat inner belt sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 2 seat inner belt sub-assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

    8. Connect the floor anchor of the seat inner belt sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not allow the anchor part of the seat inner belt sub-assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG COVER LH 
    1. Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear seat leg cover LH.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG COVER 
    1. Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear seat leg cover.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 68

  6. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 69

  7. INSTALL NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 70

  8. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 71
