DTC P3110-223: HV Main Relay [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure

1. Remove the IGCT relay from the No. 3 engine room relay block.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   *1	IGCT Relay

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   3 - 5	Auxiliary battery voltage not applied between terminals 1 and 2	10 kΩ or higher

3. Install the IGCT relay.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result:  2

NG 

REPLACE IGCT RELAY (IGCT) 

Result:  1

OK 

See step  2

1. Disconnect the A60 and A61 power management control ECU connectors.
2. Remove the IGCT relay from the No. 3 engine room relay block.
3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   *a	Rear view of wire harness connector (to Power Management Control ECU)	-	-

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A61-3 (+B1), A60-1 (+B2) or 5 (IGCT relay) - Body ground	Power switch off	Below 1 V

4. Install the IGCT relay.
5. Reconnect the A60 and A61 power management control ECU connectors.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result:  1

OK 

REPLACE POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU. Refer to  COMPONENTS [02/2014 - 11/2016]
