Monitor Description

The MG ECU monitors the rear motor (MGR). If the MG ECU detects a reduction in the magnetic force of the rear motor (MGR) or an inphase short, it interprets this as a rear motor (MGR) failure. The power management control ECU will illuminate the MIL and store a DTC.
