Monitor Description

If the generator inverter detects a circuit malfunction, it will transmit a generator inverter fail signal to the MG ECU. The MG ECU will send information about the malfunction to the power management control ECU. Upon receiving this information, the power management control ECU will illuminate the MIL and store a DTC.
