DTC P0ADB-227: Hybrid Battery Positive Contactor Control Circuit Low [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU - BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the F15 power management control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition F15-4 (SMRB) - Body ground Power switch off 25.0 to 59.0 Ω - Reconnect the F15 power management control ECU connector.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU - HYBRID BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY) WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless instructed by the service information because this may cause a malfunction.
- Remove the upper hybrid vehicle battery cover sub-assembly.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32
- Disconnect the x3 hybrid battery junction block assembly connector.
- Disconnect the F15 power management control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition F15-4 (SMRB) or x3-4 (SMRB) - Body ground and other terminals Power switch off 10 kΩ or higher *a Rear view of wire harness connector
(to Power Management Control ECU)*b Rear view of wire harness connector
(to Hybrid Battery Junction Block Assembly) - Reconnect the F15 power management control ECU connector.
- Reconnect the x3 hybrid battery junction block assembly connector.
- Install the upper hybrid vehicle battery cover sub-assembly.
