DTC P0A1B-503: Drive Motor "A" Control Module [11/2016 - ]: Description

If a malfunction occurs in the motor inverter or generator inverter, the MG ECU detects it and transmits this information to the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly.

HINT: 

The term "drive motor A" indicates the motor (MG2).

*: The MG ECU, which is built into the inverter with converter assembly, is suspected to be the main cause of the malfunction.
