DTC P3110-223: HV Main Relay [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

- INSPECT IGCT RELAY
- Remove the IGCT relay from the No. 3 engine room relay block.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
*1 IGCT Relay Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Auxiliary battery voltage not applied between terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher - Install the IGCT relay.

Proceed to OK NG

REPLACE IGCT RELAY
Result: 1

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY - NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM RELAY BLOCK)
- Disconnect the A85 and A86 hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly connectors.
- Remove the IGCT relay from the No. 3 engine room relay block.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

(to Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU Assembly)- - Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A86-4 (+B1), A85-1 (+B2) or 5 (IGCT relay) - Body ground Power switch off Below 1 V - Install the IGCT relay.
- Reconnect the A85 and A86 hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly connectors.
Result
Proceed to OK NG
