Removal [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) 

    See step  1

  3. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2016 - ]

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE 

    See step  8

  5. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose.

  6. DISCONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE 

    See step  9

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the radiator assembly with the fan shroud assembly from the 2 lower radiator supports.
    2. Remove the 2 lower radiator supports from the vehicle body.
    3. Remove the 2 radiator supports from the radiator assembly.
    4. Disengage the 3 claws.

    5. Disengage the 3 guides to remove the fan shroud assembly from the radiator assembly.
      NOTE:

      Do not damage the radiator assembly when removing the fan shroud assembly.
