Installation [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL TEMPERATURE SWITCH 
    1. Using a 19 mm union nut wrench, install a new temperature switch to the water pipe joint.

      Torque: 7.4 N*m (75 kgf*cm, 65 in.*lbf) 

      NOTE:
      • Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler pipe when installing the temperature switch.
      • Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench (Refer to PRECAUTION [02/2014 - 11/2016] ).
    2. Connect the temperature switch connector.
  2. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) 

    See step  3

  3. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. INSTALL HEATER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  5. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 68 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 67
