DTC C1348: Different Diameter Tire Malfunction [02/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Check the size and condition of all four tires.

   Refer to INSPECTION [02/2014 - 11/2016] Refer to INSPECTION [11/2016 - ]

   HINT: 

   The DTC is output when tire deformation or a difference in tire size is detected.

   OK

   The diameter of all four tires and the tire pressure are the same.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result:  2

NG 

REPLACE TIRES SO THAT ALL FOUR TIRES ARE THE SAME SIZE 

Result:  1

OK

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [02/2014 - ]

   Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Clear DTCs 

2. Turn the power switch off.
3. Turn the power switch on (READY).
4. Drive the vehicle at a speed of 30 km/h (19 mph) or more.
5. Check if the same DTC is output.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [02/2014 - ]

   Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   DTCs (C1348 and speed sensor DTCs) are not output.	A
   Speed sensor DTCs are output.	B
