DTC C1249-49: Open in Stop Light Switch Circuit [11/2016 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK STOP LIGHT OPERATION
- Check that the stop lights come on when the brake pedal is depressed and go off when the brake pedal is released.

- Check that the stop lights come on when the brake pedal is depressed and go off when the brake pedal is released.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Select the Data List on the Techstream.

- RECONFIRM DTC
- Turn the power switch off.
- Clear the DTCs.

- Turn the power switch off.
- Turn the power switch on (READY).
- Depress the brake pedal several times to test the stop light circuit.
- Check if the same DTC is output.

REPLACE SKID CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL [02/2014 - ]
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STP TERMINAL)
- Turn the power switch off.

(to Skid Control ECU Assembly) - Make sure that there is no looseness at the locking part and the connecting part of the connector.
- Disconnect the A64 skid control ECU assembly connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
