Disassembly [02/2014 - 11/2015]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Normal Roof) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sliding Roof) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  5. REMOVE REAR WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (for Normal Roof) 
    1. w/ Adhesive Tape:
      1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

        *A w/ Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Remove the rear washer hose assembly from the roof headlining assembly.
  6. REMOVE REAR WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (for Sliding Roof) 
    1. w/ Adhesive Tape:
      1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

        *A w/ Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Disengage each clamp and remove the rear washer hose assembly from the roof headlining assembly.
  7. REMOVE REAR WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 
    1. w/ Adhesive Tape:
      1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

        *A w/ Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Disengage each clamp and remove the rear washer hose assembly from the roof headlining assembly.
  8. REMOVE AIR DUCT SEAL 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for all air duct seals.

    1. Remove the air duct seal.

  9. REMOVE SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for the front side and rear side.

  10. REMOVE SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT PLATE (for Normal Roof) 
    1. Remove the 2 roof headlining support plates.

  12. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT PLATE (for Sliding Roof) 
    1. Remove the 2 roof headlining support plates.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Normal Roof) 
    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

      Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Turn the 2 visor connectors counterclockwise approximately 45° and remove them from the roof headlining assembly.

    3. Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.
  14. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Sliding Roof) 
    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

      *C w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System - -
      Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Turn the 2 visor connectors counterclockwise approximately 45° and remove them from the roof headlining assembly.

    3. Disengage each clamp and remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.
  15. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 
    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

      Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Turn the 2 visor connectors counterclockwise approximately 45° and remove them from the roof headlining assembly.
