Terminals Of Combination Meter Assembly [02/2014 - 11/2016]

  1. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the F22 combination meter assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      F22-1 (B) - Body ground P - Body ground Auxiliary battery power supply Power switch off 11 to 14 V
      F22-13 (IG+) - Body ground G - Body ground Ignition power supply Power switch off Below 1 V
      Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      F22-20 (ES) - Body ground BR - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
  2. CHECK AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY

    M7-10 LBE+ Front seat inner belt assembly LH

    L9-16 FSR+ Occupant detection ECU

  3. CHECK OCCUPANT DETECTION ECU

    1. Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

      d15-1 (+B) - d15-3 (GND) R - W-B Auxiliary battery Power switch off 11 to 14 V
      d15-2 (DIA) GR Diagnosis (DLC3) -* -*

      d15-4 (FSR-) - d15-3 (GND) B - W-B Airbag sensor assembly communication line Always Below 1 V
      d15-5 (BGND) - d15-3 (GND) P - W-B Front passenger buckle switch ground line Always Below 1 V
      d15-6 (IG2) - d15-3 (GND) SB - W-B Power source Power switch off 11 to 14 V
      d15-7 (FSR+) - d15-4 (FSR-) W - B Airbag sensor assembly communication line Power switch off Pulse generation
      d15-8 (BSW) - d15-5 (BGND) G - P Front passenger buckle switch line Always Pulse generation
