Power Source Circuit [08/2015 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR RH - BATTERY)
- Disconnect the O28 blind spot monitor sensor RH connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition O28-5 (BRB) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V O28-5 (BRB) - Body ground Ignition switch off Below 1 V
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR RH - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition O28-10 (BRGD) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR LH - BATTERY)
- Disconnect the T10 blind spot monitor sensor LH connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition T10-5 (BLB) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V T10-5 (BLB) - Body ground Ignition switch off Below 1 V
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR LH - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition T10-10 (BLGD) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK → See step 5
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
