Main Body ECU Communication Stop Mode [10/2015 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU) BRANCH LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the D6 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the 3B instrument panel junction block assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Remove the instrument panel junction block assembly.

- Remove the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) from the instrument panel junction block assembly.
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2014 - ]
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3D-27 - MB-30 (BECU) Always Below 1 Ω 3B-7 - MB-11 (GND1) Always Below 1 Ω

- Remove the instrument panel junction block assembly.
- INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (IG1 NO. 2 RELAY AND ACC RELAY)
- Inspect the IG1 NO. 2 relay and ACC NO. 1 relay of the instrument panel junction block assembly.
- IG signal circuit:
Refer to IG Signal Circuit [10/2014 - ]
- ACC signal circuit:
Refer to ACC Signal Circuit [10/2014 - ]
HINT:
If the IG signal circuit and ACC signal circuit have no problem, replace the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).
