DTC U1000: CAN Communication Failure (Message Registry) [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Clear the DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - ] ).
2. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - ] ).

   HINT: 

   • If DTC U1000 is not output again when rechecking for DTCs, it may have been stored due to a temporary CAN malfunction.
   • If DTC U1000 is output frequently, duplicate the problem symptoms and perform the inspection again, even if the DTC was not output when rechecking for DTCs (Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 10/2015] or HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - ] ).
