DTC C1621: Back Camera Power Supply Failure [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the E28 navigation ECU sub-assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the O18 rear television camera assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   E28-11 (CA+) - O18-6 (CB+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   E28-23 (CGND) - O18-5 (CGND)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   E28-11 (CA+) - E28-23 (CGND)	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   E28-11 (CA+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   E28-23 (CGND) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Reconnect the E28 navigation ECU sub-assembly connector.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   E28-11 (CA+) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	5.5 to 7.05 V
