DTC P0711: Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor "A" Performance [10/2016 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / ECT / Trouble Codes.
5. Read the DTCs using the Techstream.

   Result

   Display (DTC Output)	Proceed to
   Only P0711 is output	A
   P0711 and other DTC	B

   HINT: 

   If any other codes besides P0711 are output, perform troubleshooting for those DTCs first.

GO TO DTC CHART 

(Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [10/2015 - ] )

1. Check the transmission fluid level (Refer to ADJUSTMENT [10/2014 - ] ).

   OK

   Automatic transmission fluid level is correct.
