Removal [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ]

  2. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM 

    See step  1

  3. DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose sub-assembly from the cooler compressor assembly.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.
      NOTE:

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

  4. DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the suction hose sub-assembly from the cooler compressor assembly.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the suction hose sub-assembly.
      NOTE:

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

  5. REMOVE COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and nut.
    3. Remove the stud bolt and cooler compressor assembly.
