DTC P0711: Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor "A" Performance [08/2015 - 08/2017]: Procedure

CHECK DTC OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P0711)

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Trouble Codes.

Read the DTCs using the Techstream.

RESULT

Result	Proceed to
Only P0711 is output	A
P0711 and other DTCs are output	B

HINT:

If any other codes besides P0711 are output, perform troubleshooting for those DTCs first.

CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL
1. Check the transmission fluid level (Refer to ADJUSTMENT [08/2015 - 08/2019] ).

  Automatic transmission fluid level is correct.

REPAIR OR REPLACE NO. 1 ATF TEMPERATURE SENSOR (TRANSMISSION WIRE)

NG
