DTC B1630/23: Rear Airbag Sensor RH Circuit Malfunction; DTC B1632/81: Lost Communication with Rear Airbag Sensor RH [07/2014 - ]: Description
The No. 2 side airbag sensor assembly RH consists of the safing sensor, the diagnostic circuit, the lateral deceleration sensor, etc.
If the airbag sensor assembly receives signals from the lateral deceleration sensor, it determines whether the SRS should be activated.
DTC B1630/23 or B1632/81 is recorded when a malfunction is detected in the No. 2 side airbag sensor assembly RH circuit.
