Taillight Relay Circuit [07/2014 - ]: Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (TAILLIGHT RELAY)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Active Test.
- According to the display on the Techstream, perform the Active Test.MAIN BODY
Tester Display Test Part Control Range Diagnostic Note Taillight Relay Taillight relay OFF or ON - OK
TAIL relay operates. (Clearance lights, side marker lights, taillights and license plate lights illuminate.)

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY - BATTERY)
- Disconnect the instrument panel junction block assembly connectors.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

(to Instrument Panel Junction Block Assembly)
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU
- Replace the main body ECU. Refer to REMOVAL [07/2014 - ] .
NEXT: Go to next step
