TC and CG Terminal Circuit [12/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the ignition switch off.

2. Disconnect the connector from the hybrid vehicle control ECU.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G4-13 (TC) - G58-28 (TC)	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G4-4 (CG) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

   DLC3

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   G4-13 (TC) - Body ground	Always	1 MΩ or higher
