- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HEALTH CHECK) See step 3

- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (INDICAT. ECO MODE)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test / Indicat. ECO Mode.
- Perform the "Indicat. ECO MODE" Active Test.
OK
The ECO mode indicator light comes on or blinks.
- Turn the ignition switch off.

OK: Go to next step
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (ECO MODE)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Data List / ECO Mode.
- Read the value displayed on the Techstream.

- INSPECT ECO MODE SWITCH (ECO SWITCH ASSEMBLY)
- Remove the ECO mode switch (eco switch assembly). Refer to COMPONENTS [12/2014 - ] .
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ECO MODE SWITCH (ECO SWITCH ASSEMBLY) - BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect connector G62 from the ECO mode switch (eco switch assembly).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - ECO MODE SWITCH (ECO SWITCH ASSEMBLY))
- Disconnect connector G34 from the air conditioning amplifier assembly.
- Disconnect connector G62 from the ECO mode switch (eco switch assembly).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
