DTC U1103-87: Lost Communication with Stop and Start Control Module Missing Message [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

CLEAR DTC AND PERFORM ROAD TEST

Clear the DTCs.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2016 - ]

Powertrain > Transmission > Clear DTCs

HINT:

Write down the currently output DTCs before clearing them.

Start the engine and drive the vehicle at a low speed.

CHECK DTC OUTPUT (DTC U110387)

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Transmission / Trouble Codes.
Powertrain > Transmission > Trouble Codes

Read the DTCs using the Techstream.
