Removal [12/2013 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    For Manual Seat: Refer to REMOVAL [12/2013 - ]

    For Power Seat: Refer to REMOVAL [12/2013 - ]

  2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    For Manual Seat:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 (12/2013 - 11/2015)

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 (11/2015 - 11/2016)

    For Power Seat without Climate Control Seat System:

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH (for Manual Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH 

    For Manual Seat:

    For Power Seat:

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH 

    For Manual Seat:

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    For Manual Seat:

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH 

    For Manual Seat:

    For Power Seat:

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT AIRBAG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    WARNING:

    When storing the front seat airbag sub-assembly RH, keep the airbag deployment side facing upward.

    1. For Manual Seat:
      1. Separate the front seat airbag sub-assembly RH wire harness from the seat clamp.

        Seat Clamp
      2. Disengage the claw and 3 clamps.

        HINT: 

        Disengage the 3 clamps first.

    2. For Power Seat:

        Seat Clamp

        Separate the front seat airbag sub-assembly RH wire harness from the seat clamp.

      2. Disengage the claw and 3 clamps.

        HINT: 

        Disengage the 3 clamps first.

    3. Remove the 3 nuts and front seat airbag sub-assembly RH.

      WARNING:
      • The nuts must not be reused.
      • Make sure that the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.
