DTC P0115-2A: Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1 Signal Stuck in Range [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK ANY OTHER DTCS OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P0115-2A)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
- Read the DTCs.
Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes
Result Proceed to DTC P0115-2A is output A DTC P0115-2A and other DTCs are output B HINT:
If any DTCs other than P0115-2A are output, troubleshoot those DTCs first.

- INSPECT WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Inspect the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly (thermostat opening temperature).

HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the engine coolant temperature sensor.
