Automatic High Beam Switch Circuit [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.
5. Read the display on the Techstream.

   Body Electrical > Main Body > Data List

1. Remove the auto high beam switch.

   Refer to REMOVAL [12/2013 - ]

2. Inspect the auto high beam switch.

   Refer to INSPECTION [12/2013 - ]

REPLACE AUTO HIGH BEAM SWITCH. Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2013 - ]

1. Disconnect the F8 auto high beam switch connector.
2. Disconnect the F18 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   F8-4 (+B) - F18-23 (AHBI)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   F8-4 (+B) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   F8-1 (E) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

   Result
