Fuel Receiver Gauge Malfunction [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.
   COMBINATION METER

   OK

   Fuel receiver gauge indication is normal.

OK: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data List.
5. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

A: Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the I18 combination meter assembly and N11 fuel sender gauge assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Remove the fuel sender gauge assembly. Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - ] for 2AR-FE. Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - ] for 2GR-FE).
2. Inspect the fuel sender gauge assembly. Refer to INSPECTION [09/2014 - ] for 2AR-FE. Refer to INSPECTION [09/2014 - ] for 2GR-FE).
