DTC B2007: Open in Seat Belt Motor LH Circuit [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the J3 front seat outer belt assembly LH connector.

   HINT: 

   Do not remove the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   J3-1 - J3-2	Always	Below 20 Ω

   *a	Component without harness connected (Front Seat Outer Belt Assembly LH)

   WARNING:

   Do not check the wrong connector.

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 

(Refer to COMPONENTS [10/2014 - 10/2015] )

Result: 

OK 

See step  2

1. Disconnect the J3 front seat outer belt assembly LH connector.
2. Disconnect the D26 seat belt control ECU connector.
3. Using a service wire, connect terminals 1 and 2 of the connector on the front seat outer belt assembly LH.
   NOTE:

   Do not forcibly insert the service wire into the terminals of the connector.

4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   D26-3 (MOL+) - D26-4 (MOL-)	Always	Below 1 Ω

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU 

(Refer to COMPONENTS [10/2014 - 10/2015] )

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH - SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU)
