DTC B2002: Open in Seat Belt Motor RH Circuit [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure
- INSPECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
- Disconnect the K3 front seat outer belt assembly RH connector.
HINT:
Do not remove the front seat outer belt assembly RH.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition K3-1 - K3-2 Always Below 20 Ω TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Component without harness connected
(Front Seat Outer Belt Assembly RH)WARNING:Do not check the wrong connector.
Result:
NG
REPLACE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
(Refer to COMPONENTS [10/2014 - 10/2015] )
Result:
OK

- Disconnect the K3 front seat outer belt assembly RH connector.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH - SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU)
- Disconnect the K3 front seat outer belt assembly RH connector.
- Disconnect the D26 seat belt control ECU connector.
- Using a service wire, connect terminals 1 and 2 of the connector on the front seat outer belt assembly RH.NOTE:
Do not forcibly insert the service wire into the terminals of the connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D26-1 (MOR-) - D26-2 (MOR+) Always Below 1 Ω
Result:
OK
REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU

Result:
NG
REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
