DTC P0A78-586: Drive Motor "A" Inverter Performance [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Description
For a description of the inverter (Refer to DESCRIPTION ).
The signal line from the inverter voltage (VH) sensor is connected to the MG ECU inside the inverter with converter assembly. If P0A78-586 is output, replace the inverter with converter assembly.
HINT:
The term "drive motor A" indicates MG2.
