DTC P0ADB-227: Hybrid Battery Positive Contactor Control Circuit Low [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU - BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the D104 power management control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D104-4 (SMRB) - Body ground Power switch off 25.0 to 59.0 Ω - Reconnect the D104 power management control ECU connector.

OK
REPLACE POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU
(Refer to COMPONENTS [10/2014 - 10/2015] )

NG

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU - HYBRID BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY) WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless otherwise instructed because this may cause a malfunction.
- Remove the No. 4 hybrid battery shield panel (Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 ).
- Disconnect the K23 hybrid battery junction block assembly connector.
- Disconnect the D104 power management control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D104-4 (SMRB) and K23-1 (SMRB) - Body ground and other terminals Power switch off 10 kΩ or higher *b Rear view of wire harness connector
(to Hybrid Battery Junction Block Assembly) - Reconnect the D104 power management control ECU connector.
- Reconnect the K23 hybrid battery junction block assembly connector.
- Install the No. 4 hybrid battery shield panel.
Result:
OK

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.
