See step 3
- CHECK HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
*a Component with harness connected
(Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU Assembly)Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A68-12 (HSDN) - D135-6 (E1) Power switch on (IG) Below 4.5 V - Turn the power switch off.
Result:
OK
REPLACE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY
(Refer to COMPONENTS [10/2014 - ] )

See step 4
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY - INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY) WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless otherwise instructed because this may cause a malfunction.
- Disconnect the A50 inverter with converter assembly connector.
- Disconnect the A67 and A68 hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly connectors.
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
